2, according to the relevant requirements of the qualification declaration to sort out the submitted materials, with A4 paper unified copy bound into a book, and hold the relevant original to the jurisdiction where the preliminary examination, the submitted materials will be sent to the Municipal Housing Authority;

3. After reviewing the complete application materials of the new enterprise, the Municipal Housing Authority will conduct on-the-spot investigation, and if it meets the requirements, it will issue a temporary three-level property management qualification certificate.

Property company qualification certificate application materials:

1, property management enterprise qualification application report;

2. The property management enterprise shall provide the original and duplicate of the business license;

3. Articles of association of the property management enterprise;

4. Certificate of registered capital of the enterprise issued by an accounting firm (more than 500,000 yuan);

5. Registration and proof of business premises (copy of house lease contract and house property right);

6. The contract or letter of intent for entrusted property management;

7. Professional qualification certificates and labor contracts of property management professionals, professional title certificates and labor contracts of management and technical personnel (management and professional technical personnel shall not be less than 10, including 5 with intermediate titles or above).
