39 buildings can be divided into 5 groups.

1 group: 1# ~ 3 # and 5 # ~ 8 # buildings are planned as five-story buildings (6 floors in some areas, both of which are two-story podium buildings). The main building is a pure residence, and the skirt building is a commercial pavement. The second floor of 1 # building contains a cultural activity center and a health station.

The second group: 10 # ~ 13 #, 15# and 16# are buildings with1floor (the first floor is all shops), and the planning function is pure residence;

Group III: Buildings 9# and 18 # ~ 25# are planned as 10 floor (local 1 1 floor), of which 9 # and 18 # ~ 23 # are purely residential and 24# is indoor.

The fourth group: 26 # ~ 33 #. It is planned to be a 10-story building (local1floor zone 1 ~ 2-story podium). The main building is a pure residence, and the podium is a commercial pavement, in which the first floor of Building 32# contains a property management room and a public toilet, and Building 3 1# is a single-story shop.

Group 5: Buildings 35 # ~ 39#, with the planned building floor of 10 (local1floor, with 1 ~ 2 podium). The main building is a pure residence, and the podium is a commercial pavement, of which 39# is a three-story kindergarten.

The other 4#, 17# and 34# buildings are old posts, and 14# is a three-story commercial building. The commercial pavements of this project are all located in the podium. The supporting construction of the project includes parking lot, health station, property management room, landscape sketch, garbage collection point, green space and so on. Other infrastructure construction includes roads, water supply and drainage, power supply, etc. It is estimated that the overall completion time of the project is ***6 years.
