Greentown River 1 Project Brief Introduction

1, the River of Greentown, is an international standard 18-hole West Lake Golf Course, covering an area of 4,000 mu in the north and Xiangshan Road in the west, overlooking Xiangshan and Qiantang River. To the south is Xiangshan Campus of China Academy of Fine Arts, and to the southeast is Zhijiang Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology. There are Jiuxi Rose Garden, Yangming Valley, Jiushu Apartment and West Lake Golf Villa in the area.

Greentown Zhijiang 1 project covers an area of 285 mu, with a total construction area of 520,000 square meters, of which the aboveground part has a construction area of 370,000 square meters. It consists of two blocks, and the eastern block is the second stage of planning. The West Zone will be listed soon, consisting of six Y-shaped buildings, with a construction area of 1.49 million square meters and only 394 suites.
