You can't. According to the latest notice issued by No.1 Middle School of Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone on June 16, 2023, the enrollment scope of No.1 Middle School of Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2023 is all residential areas south of Changjiang Road and east of Tianshan South Road. Qinhuangdao Tomorrow Star City belongs to the development zone north of Changjiang Road and east of Xingkaihu Road, so Qinhuangdao Tomorrow Star City can't go to Development Zone No.1 Middle School.
