The Nanda area south of Fengxiang Road is still under development, and the planned energy level is relatively high. The development center is Minaminoooji subway station on 15 line, and an urban complex will be built in the future. But at present, it is only in the development stage, and it is still a long time before it is really built and used. It is doubtful whether so many industries can be introduced as planned.

At present, there are not many residential projects in Nanda plate, and Poly Xiyue is the one with higher quality. However, the surrounding facilities of this community are very immature at present, the underlying business is basically vacant, and there is a cemetery in the distance. The second-hand listing price is relatively high, which is basically a planning hotspot of Nantah. One more thing, there used to be many chemical plants in the Nanda plate. Although it has been relocated, its impact on underground soil cannot be ignored. Ecological restoration is a long-term process.

Part of the upper plate is outside the outer ring. Basic industrial parks and residential projects are close to industrial areas, with general transportation facilities, which are not market hotspots.

On the whole, the geographical position of the upper plate is good, but the ground traffic is general and the plate is isolated. The opening of Luxiang Road Tunnel has slightly eased this situation.

At present, the surrounding facilities are relatively mature, and there will be opportunities to introduce rail transit 18 lines in the future. If Nantah can develop smoothly according to the plan, Shangda plate can be regarded as a rare area in Baoshan that pays equal attention to industry and residence, otherwise Shangda plate will become a sleeping city on the edge of the city like other areas in Baoshan.
