How to build and manage the carport in the community, residents will hold a board meeting to discuss * * * *.

"There is not a carport big enough in the community, and electric cars often stop at the entrance of the unit building. Sometimes you have to stagger up and down the stairs. " Residents of the first carnation city community in Daxing District are often troubled by the parking chaos of non-motor vehicles around them. After learning the residents' demands, the community held a special meeting to discuss the new parking shed.

Large parking gap for non-motor vehicles

It is understood that there is no parking shed in the first carnation city community. With the increasing number of non-motor vehicles in recent years, a carport with an area of about 80 square meters was built in the previous two years. Although forty or fifty non-motor vehicles can be parked, there are more than 3,000 households in the community, and the parking demand is still great.

Some residents are afraid of losing their electric bicycles and even pushing them directly into the corridor; Some residents stopped and put them at the entrance of the unit building, which affected the normal travel of other residents. "Don't talk about safety hazards, and parking is out of order." To this end, the Kangxinyuan community held a meeting, and the residents told their troubles.

In fact, as early as before the meeting, community workers made statistics on the parking demand of non-motor vehicles through the building doors, and the parking gap was above 100 vehicles. So everyone voted at the meeting-building a new carport and rectifying the parking order became a top priority.

Coordinate idle open spaces to build carports for many times.

Limited by space, there is not much space available in the community. Where should we build a new carport? Residents expressed their opinions, and finally everyone locked their eyes on an open space in front of Unit 2 of Building 3. Zhang Qian, secretary of the Party Committee of Kangxinyuan Community, told the reporter that there are nearly 700 households in two buildings around the open space, with high residential density and great demand for non-motor vehicle parking. In addition, after consulting the original planning drawings, this open space originally had some planned parking spaces. Therefore, it is the best choice to use this vacant lot to build a new carport.

However, due to years of idleness, some residents planted some flowers and plants in the open space, and trees sheltered them and needed to be transplanted. To this end, the community communicated with relevant residents, solicited the consent of residents, and transplanted flowers and trees in a unified way.

Just as the staff began to clean up weeds and level the ground, some residents raised concerns that the carport was located close to their home and the noise generated when parking the car would affect the rest; Some residents suggested that the carport site was too far away from home; Other residents think that the community should not install charging piles in the carport. To this end, the community held another meeting to explain the concerns of residents one by one. "In fact, some non-motor vehicles parked in front of the unit building often produce the sound of collision. The new carport makes non-motor vehicles farther away from residential buildings. " Zhang Qian said that after the carport is completed, the community and the property will remind residents, and at the same time do a good job of inspection to avoid parking disturbing people. The choice of this land is determined by comprehensive factors such as residential density, residential space and historical planning. Zhang Qian also explained this to the residents in detail. Regarding the residents' question about whether to install charging piles, Zhang Qian said that the residential area will not be installed in the carport for the time being. If residents need it later, they will coordinate the installation of charging cabinet in the property to avoid the hidden dangers caused by exposed sockets. Residents' concerns were dispelled one by one, and everyone unanimously decided to use the open space in front of Unit 2 of Building No.3 as the new address of the carport.

The new carport can accommodate more than 100 cars.

Subsequently, the community and property staff immediately transformed the location of the carport, cleaned up debris and weeds, hardened the ground and laid nine-hole bricks. On September 10, after nearly a month of intense construction, the carport covering an area of more than 200 square meters was officially completed.

In order to avoid the situation of "no order in the carport and no space for management", after the carport was completed, the community also discussed the "Convention on the Use and Management of Carport" with the building door as the unit. Around the rules of parking in the same direction, actively cleaning up idle vehicles, and not stacking sundries in the carport, residents negotiated again and reached an understanding. Zhang Qian said that the carport can accommodate 130 electric cars and bicycles, which greatly eased the parking problem.
