Suzhou Taihe Fahua Gusu Courtyard Specific Information?

Located in the northwest of the intersection of Tongjing North Road and Xiyuan Road in gusu district, this project is jointly developed by Taihe Group and Fahua Co., Ltd. It is one of the 22 courtyard products of Taihe Group. Each work is personally manipulated by national famous artists, hand-made, and meticulously crafted, returning to the courtyard life complex of China people for thousands of years, and creating a China compound villa.

1. Notes on land investigation: This project combines the ancient style of classical gardens around Gusu, with Liuyuan in the east, Hanshan Temple in the west, Tiger Hill in the north and Lumen Yunhe in the south. Strategic location, close to Guanqian, Shilu and other business districts. It not only meets the needs of residents in all aspects of life, but also serves as a shopping and leisure place, with traffic adjacent to Loujiang Expressway, Xihuan Expressway and Tongjing North Road. Traveling by car is very convenient. At the same time, the three major products of the project, single courtyard, overlapping courtyard and pavilion courtyard, are scattered and well-defined, which will not affect the residents' vision. Independent doors and households do not affect each other. There are quiet streets, deep alleys and overlooking scenery.

2. Textual research: Suzhou has remained prosperous after thousands of years of vicissitudes, forming a Suzhou living style represented by gardens. Emperor Qianlong visited Jiangnan six times, saying that "Jiangnan is the best in the world". Since then, Qing court craftsmen have combined the courtyards in Beijing with exquisite craftsmanship, forming a garden style characterized by backyard, surrounded by water system, five gates, pavilions and attics.

3. Precautions for the exam: The entrance is subject to the regulations of Gongwangfu, and it enters the house from the archway, the square gate, the alley gate, the courtyard gate and the house gate in turn, and the pavilions and courtyards in the south of the Yangtze River are attached between the archways. Within the courtyard of the alley, the ground is paved with blue bricks, and the alley is criss-crossed, with begonia and bamboo, one step at a time. Admission Xiangyun paved the floor, five "bats" came to the door, customized plaques in the house, copper wall lamps, simple door pulls, Quyang drums, and private ownership by the owner, showing the noble quality of the owner.
