Zhangjiang Group is very aware of the construction behavior of Vanke and Shenneng. It can even be said that Zhangjiang Group is the leader and bridge of this scam. This is self-evident. Finally, Zhangjiang Management Committee approved the planning of energy station and Emerald Park. The nature of land has changed from commercial to residential. Why not re-plan the energy station? There is a conflict between the planning of Emerald Park and the energy station. Why was the construction of Emerald Park approved? Shenneng acquired land in 2009 and started construction on 15.
