If it leaks to the downstairs through the gap between the sewer pipe wall and the floor, and the leakage does not come from the upstairs (the upstairs leaks to the home through the contact part between the sewer pipe wall and the floor, and then the home continues to leak to the downstairs through the gap between the sewer pipe wall and the floor), in this case, the upstairs should bear the relevant maintenance and compensation responsibilities; If your own plumbing leaks to the ground and the gap between the wall and the floor of the main sewer leaks downstairs, the relevant maintenance and compensation shall be borne by yourself, which belongs to your own decoration construction unit, and you can claim compensation from the decoration construction unit.
