Does the property management qualification certificate need annual inspection?

On June 26th, 2007, the Ministry of Construction issued the Measures for the Administration of Qualification of Property Management Enterprises (Ministry of Construction OrderNo. 164), which revised the Measures for the Administration of Qualification of Property Management Enterprises (Ministry of Construction OrderNo. 125) which was originally implemented on May 0th, 2004, and deleted the related property services. Therefore, after the implementation of the new measures in 2007, the qualification of property service enterprises no longer needs annual inspection.
