Basic situation of logistics group of Shaanxi Normal University

The logistics group implements the transitional measures of "the old way for the elderly" for the former logistics workers owned by the whole people. In the working stage before retirement, personal files are stored in the school, but the school does not bear their wages and benefits, and all of them are managed by the logistics group independently. When the national wage is adjusted, only the amount of the total wage of the archives is adjusted. Only when they reach the legal retirement age can they enter the ranks of retired school workers and enjoy the corresponding treatment.

After a three-year transition period, Logistics Group began to wean completely in June 2002.

At present, the total number of employees in the group exceeds 1600, including 276 former internal logistics personnel. The group consists of four departments, thirteen centers, four companies and twenty-one departments. The four departments refer to the Group Office (including Chang 'an Office), Human Resources Department, Finance Department and Computer Network Department; Thirteen centers refer to power supply center, water heating supply center, catering service center, academic activity center, telecom network center, logistics center, vehicle management center, campus management center, student community center, property management center, Chang 'an catering service center, Chang 'an student community center and Chang 'an property center. These four companies refer to Xi Anshiyuan Logistics Service Company, Xi An Hua 'an Construction Engineering Company, Xi An Dazhong Cultural Tourism Company and Xi An Sunshine Information Engineering Company.

Following the tenet of "quality service for survival, business expansion for development", the logistics group actively explores the road of logistics socialization reform in line with the reality of western universities. On the one hand, firmly occupy the campus service market and build its own "base"; On the other hand, it actively and boldly expands outward and constantly expands its economic strength. The seven trust institutions managed by Xi Anshiyuan Logistics Service Company refer to Xi 'an Army College, Xi 'an Political College, Xi 'an Armed Police Engineering and Technology College, Missile College, Air Force Pilots, Software College of Northwestern Polytechnical University and Catering Department of Xi 'an Transportation School.
