First, clear the scope of government guidance price for property service charges.

Before the establishment of the owners' meeting, the government-guided price shall be implemented for the charges of ordinary commodity residential property services; And the related property service fee, decoration service management fee and decoration garbage cleaning fee for the car parking space.
