1. Give special subsidies to employees from other provinces who stay in the enterprise.

Subsidy time: during the Spring Festival (2021February1to February 17).

Subsidy amount: a special subsidy of RMB 1 1,000 per person is given, among which, employees whose registered residence is from the date of document release to 202 11Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention will be given a special subsidy of RMB 2,000 per person, and the expenses will be paid by counties, towns (districts, streets) and districts. 2. Give rent relief subsidies.

3. Provide epidemic prevention materials free of charge.

During the Spring Festival, epidemic prevention materials will be provided free of charge to foreign employees of enterprises in China.

4. Give priority to COVID-19 vaccine.

During the Spring Festival, employees from other provinces who stay in the enterprise and meet the vaccination targets for key positions will be given priority to be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine.

Note: For those who come by themselves, such as those who come back from employment, employee transportation subsidies will be implemented. According to the standards of 200 yuan/person outside Nantong and 500 yuan/person outside Nantong, the expenses shall be borne by the counties and enterprises respectively. 1. Give special subsidies to enterprises: During the Spring Festival (February 1 1 to February 17, the same below), enterprises will give subsidies according to the standard of 600 yuan for each employee.

4. Give priority to COVID-19 vaccine: Give priority to COVID-19 vaccine for employees who meet the key vaccination targets during the Spring Festival.

Subsidies for enterprises to transport chartered cars: Before the end of February, 20021year, the government will fully subsidize the chartered cars of foreign employees (15 or more) whose transport sources are relatively concentrated.

Other considerations:

1. Scope of application of these Measures: standardized industrial enterprises, standardized service enterprises, wholesale and retail catering enterprises, and key guarantee enterprises for epidemic prevention and control materials in provinces and cities.

2. The term "enterprise foreign employees" as mentioned in these Measures refers to foreign employees whose household registration is not in Nantong, but who are insured in Tongzhou. Article 5 "Enterprise charter subsidy" does not limit the insured situation.

3. The subsidies and rewards involved in this notice shall be paid after the Spring Festival after being examined and confirmed by the relevant departments.

4. Enterprises applying for "one-time award" need to formulate specific work plans to encourage foreign employees to stay, and report them to the town (district, park, street) as an important part of applying for awards.

5. Enterprises should make overall arrangements according to the actual situation, so that employees staying in other places can get timely benefits and feel the care and warmth of the party and government.
