Is the renovation management of property fees stipulated by the Housing Authority?

Property fees and decoration management are stipulated by relevant laws and regulations and property management service agreements, and the Housing Authority provides supervision and execution functions. After purchasing a commercial house, the owner needs to sign a property service contract with the property service enterprise, and negotiate the content and cost of the property management service, which shall be signed by both parties for confirmation. The property management service agreement mainly stipulates the service items and scope, service quality requirements and service fee standards of the property service enterprise. Decoration management fee can also be regarded as one of the management fees, which is clearly stipulated in the contract.
