Basic skills necessary for property cashier

1, college degree or above, major in accounting or financial management, with accounting qualification certificate.

2. Have at least 1 year working experience in cashier or collection.

3. Familiar with operating financial software, Excel, Word and other office software.

4. Bookkeeping requires clear, accurate and timely handwriting, daily accounts and monthly statements, and accurate and timely report preparation.

5. Understand national financial policies, accounting and tax laws and regulations, and be familiar with bank settlement business.

6. Have good service awareness and communication skills with customers.

Daily work of property cashier

1, responsible for the daily revenue and expenditure and check of project management fees.

2. Be responsible for checking the basic accounts of the office.

3, responsible for collecting and reviewing the original documents, to ensure the legitimacy and accuracy of reimbursement procedures and original documents.

4. Be responsible for registering cash and deposit journals and accurately inputting them into the system, and preparing bank statements on time.
