Zhong Haicheng is composed of independent communities with different exotic customs. Shengchaofei, the second phase of Zhonghaicheng, is a Mediterranean-style closed community, consisting of 17 buildings.

The fa? ade of Santa Fe is elegant in style and rich in details. The building color is mainly warm, and the three-stage building model adopts red roof tiles. The main building uses yellow and orange tones, and the basic part of the facade uses materials with stone texture to express the texture, which is darker than the upper part of the facade.
