The geographical location of Dunhuang

Dunhuang is located at the westernmost end of Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province, at the intersection of Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang provinces (regions), with a total area of 3. 12 square kilometers, of which the oasis area 1400 square kilometers, accounting for only 4.5% of the total area, is surrounded by desert Gobi, so it is called "Gobi Oasis".
