If the property management company has security outsourcing in its business scope and has corresponding qualifications, it is ok.

Appendix: What are the qualifications of security companies?

1. The establishment of a security service company shall be approved by the public security organ, with a registered capital of not less than 1 10,000 yuan, accommodation and facilities required for providing security services, qualified security guards and management personnel, and a sound management system.

Second, the establishment of a security service company engaged in armed escort service should also conform to the planning and layout of the public security department of the State Council, with a registered capital of 10 times that of a general security company, domestic holding, and guards and escorts that meet the conditions stipulated by the state.

Third, the units that employ security guards by themselves shall file with the public security organs, and shall not provide security services outside their own units or outside the property management area.
