The process of handling the lease certificate is as follows:

The public security department shall strengthen the public security management of rental houses and the residence registration of the parties involved in house leasing, and urge and guide the management units such as residents' committees, villagers' committees and property service enterprises to investigate potential safety hazards. All relevant departments shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, investigate and deal with illegal business activities by using rental housing according to law.

What are the conditions for the establishment of a house lease contract?

1. Both parties to the lease have the ability to prove in writing, which means that they are voluntary and true;

2. The contents of the house lease contract are legal and conform to the forms prescribed by law;

3. The establishment of the house lease relationship shall not maliciously collude to harm the interests of the state collective or the third party, and shall not cover up the illegal purpose in a legal form.
