How to check the authenticity of property management certificate?

At present, the only certificate of property management is registered property manager, which is used all over the country.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (the former Ministry of Construction) and the Ministry of Personnel (the former Ministry of Labor merged) jointly issued. In April this year, the state authorized China Property Management Research Institute to conduct management. As a professional manager of property management, the registration certificate is directly linked to the qualification of property enterprises.

There are currently three types of property certificates:

Issued by the Ministry of Labor: property manager, assistant property manager and property manager, which belong to the professional qualification certificate of the Ministry of Construction. They are divided into enterprise managers, department managers and ordinary employees. Due to the national reform, these two departments have been abolished at present, because their certificates have no practical significance.
