If the quality information publicity system is not implemented in the pilot projects, the completion acceptance shall not be organized.

What projects does the pilot work include?

According to the introduction of the person in charge of the relevant departments of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, it is determined to carry out the pilot work of publicizing the quality information of residential projects in the main urban areas (Gulou, Yunlong, quanshan district), Peixian, Pizhou and tongshan district.

Pilot projects are residential projects organized according to legal provisions and procedures, and the number of projects participating in the pilot projects should account for more than 50% of the total number of local residential projects under construction. Encourage areas not included in the pilot to actively participate in the pilot work in light of the actual situation.
