The public service commitment made by the property service provider in favor of the owner is an integral part of the property service contract.

According to the regulations of the price department of Hefei, the highest government-guided price of comprehensive property service fee for residential quarters in Hefei is RMB/m2, which can be increased by 20%, that is, the highest comprehensive property service fee cannot exceed RMB/m2. According to the "Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges in Hefei Residential Quarters", owners can choose four levels of services, A, B, C and D, to collect property fees.
