If the fees charged by the property management company are inconsistent with the standards published by the Price Bureau, he can ask the Price Bureau to punish the property management company and ask it to make corrections.

5. It is the contractual obligation of the real estate developer to handle the real estate license under the circumstances stipulated in the contract. Generally, the time limit for handling the real estate license will be agreed in the commercial housing sales contract. Once the developer delays the handling, the parties can choose to handle it themselves or bring a lawsuit to the court to ask the developer to immediately handle and pay the liquidated damages.
