Is it legal to deduct the property fee directly from the salary?

15. The employing unit shall not deduct the wages of workers. Under any of the following circumstances, the employer may withhold the wages of the workers:

3. The property fee is based on the service provided by the property company to the owner or the owner's house. Before handing over the house, the owner has not moved in, and the property management company has not provided services to the owner or the owner's house. There is no contractual relationship between the two parties, so there is no problem of paying property fees.

4. If the owner is not satisfied with the charges of the property management company, he can go to the Price Bureau to verify the contents and standards of the charges. If the fees charged by the property management company are inconsistent with the standards published by the Price Bureau, he can ask the Price Bureau to punish the property management company and ask it to make corrections.

5. It is the contractual obligation of the real estate developer to handle the real estate license under the circumstances stipulated in the contract. Generally, the time limit for handling the real estate license will be agreed in the commercial housing sales contract. Once the developer delays the handling, the parties can choose to handle it themselves or bring a lawsuit to the court to ask the developer to immediately handle and pay the liquidated damages.
