Legal Analysis: Guiyang Rail Transit Line 2 will be put into initial operation on April 28th, 20021. According to the work arrangement of Guiyang Municipal Government, the first day of operation of 202 1 is April 28th 15:00-23:00. That is, Guiyang Rail Transit Line 2 is scheduled to be officially opened to the public on April 28th (Wednesday) 15:00 (3: 00 pm). At that time, the general public are welcome to buy tickets. From April 29th, 20021year, the normal operation time of Guiyang Rail Transit Line 2 is 6:20 for the first bus and 23:00 for the last bus.

If a guide sign is set in the surrounding property jointly built with the entrance and exit, the owner, user and manager of the surrounding property shall cooperate.

Twenty-eighth urban rail transit business units should make service commitments to passengers according to service standards, and provide safe, fair and convenient passenger services.

Urban rail transit business units should standardize the setting of bus guide signs to ensure the normal use of supporting facilities for barrier-free construction.

Urban rail transit business units shall announce the travel time of the first and last buses, operation status tips and transfer instructions in a prominent position at the station. If the travel time of the first and last bus is delayed or adjusted for some reason, it shall be announced in time.
