Bus rapid transit ticket purchasing method

Mode 1: Tencent boarding code

After wechat search "Tencent boarding code" is bound, you can directly brush your mobile phone in and out of the station ~

All BRT sites can be used.

Price: the same as offline purchase.

Note: using "WeChat payment code" and "Xiamen bus code" will not work! Only the "Xiamen BRT Bus Code" can be swiped into the station normally ~

Method 2: Self-service ticket vending machine

Full coverage of online ticket purchasing machines has been achieved at all elevated stations.

Ticket purchasing process: Click the "Buy a local card" option on the touch screen of the Internet ticket vending machine, and then select the fare or destination site (search the destination site by line inquiry or initials).

Confirm the order, Alipay, WeChat scan QR code, China UnionPay Express APP payment, or UnionPay flash card payment. After the payment is successful, the machine will automatically issue the ticket.

Note: If the ticket was purchased successfully, but it did not enter the station due to temporary reasons, and it was not used within 3 days, passengers can refund their tickets at the same type of ticket vending machine.

Refund method: First, click the "card return" option on the touch screen of the ticket vending machine, and push the card into the card return slot according to the prompt. The corresponding refund will be returned to the user's account through the original ticket payment tool within 7 working days. (Note: Automatic ticket vending machines do not accept manual window ticket refund.

Method 3: E-Pass card

The e-pass card has been processed, so you can swipe your card directly and take the bus.

Those who have not handled it can directly recharge their cards at the ePass recharge point in the BRT station.

BRT ride regulations

1. It is forbidden for shirtless people, drunkards and unsupervised mental patients to take the BRT. The elderly and preschool children who cannot take care of themselves must be accompanied by adults.

2. It is strictly prohibited to carry inflammable, explosive, highly toxic, radioactive and corrosive dangerous goods and unpacked articles with serious odor, fragility and sharpness into the station.

3. It is forbidden to carry instruments, sharp instruments, guns, ammunition and controlled knives that affect the personal safety of passengers.

4. Passengers are forbidden to bring inflatable balloons, cats, dogs and other pets and livestock into the station.

5. It is forbidden to chase and fight in stations, escalators and carriages.
