During the period of residents' isolation at home, local staff should deliver materials in time, and each material should not exceed 24 hours in principle. All vegetables and fruits should be disinfected and sterilized before entering the closed control area. When entering the epidemic prevention and control point of each community, it is necessary to carry out secondary sterilization and antivirus. Finally, the property management personnel of the community will deliver the materials to each family. In this process, they will also register and report to the relevant departments to ensure that no one illegally sells the materials.

Some special people with mobility difficulties will implement door-to-door nucleic acid. This kind of people, including the elderly, some pregnant women or babies, have low immunity and are inconvenient to move. Local medical personnel should be arranged to carry out door-to-door nucleic acid inspection, and the number of special people in each community should be investigated before nucleic acid inspection. Arrange 5~ 10 medical staff for those with large population and 3~5 medical staff for those with small population to avoid the waste of medical materials.

In principle, the staff in the closed area can't go out. During the period of residents' home isolation, the staff are responsible for all work arrangements in the area, but they cannot leave the closed area. All the materials and medical supplies are sent to the epidemic prevention and control point at the isolation edge of the blockade area, and then disinfected and sterilized by the staff in the area and transported to the blockade area.
