(eight) occupation, destruction of green space, trees and greening facilities;

(nine) raising poultry and pets in violation of regulations;

(ten) dumping garbage, sewage or throwing debris;

(eleven) other acts prohibited by laws, regulations, rules and management regulations.

In case of any of the acts listed in the preceding paragraph, the realty service enterprise or other managers shall stop it in time; If the party concerned refuses to make corrections, the realty service enterprise or other managers or interested parties may inform the relevant administrative departments in writing. The relevant administrative departments shall deal with it in time.

Fifty-fourth water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating and drainage business units shall be responsible for the maintenance, conservation and renewal of related facilities and equipment in the property management area (except those added by the owners themselves) in accordance with the following provisions:

(a) the owner's terminal metering water meter and other water supply facilities and equipment;

(two) the owner's terminal metering meters and other power supply facilities and equipment (centralized meters, outdoor power supply facilities and equipment for users);

(3) Gas facilities and equipment other than the owner's gas appliances and hoses connecting gas appliances;

(four) the owner's outdoor household valves and other heating facilities and equipment;

(5) Drainage wells and outdoor drainage facilities and equipment outside the Owner's building.

Article 55 The sanitation department shall be responsible for the environmental sanitation of the unsealed property management area. The environmental sanitation of the enclosed property management area is the responsibility of the property service enterprise or other managers, and the garbage removal is the responsibility of the sanitation department.

Fifty-sixth water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, drainage and other business units entrust property services companies or other managers to repair and maintain related facilities and equipment and collect relevant fees, the client shall pay the relevant fees.

Fifty-seventh urban water supply business units shall ensure that the water supply pressure at the interface between the water supply pipe network and the urban water supply pipe network within the property management area meets the national standards; Can not meet the national standards, the need for secondary water supply, secondary water supply fees shall not be charged.

The water supply pressure of water supply business units has reached the national standard, and secondary water supply is still needed. If the water supply business unit collects the secondary water supply fee, it shall bear the secondary water supply responsibility; If the water supply business unit does not charge the secondary water supply fee, the owner shall bear the secondary water supply responsibility.
