China Architecture Won the Bid for Hangzhou Gaode Landmark Project China Architecture recently won the bid for Hangzhou Gaode Landmark Project with a construction area of 400,000 square meters.

The project is located in Qianjiang New Town, Central Business District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with a total construction area of about 400,000 square meters, consisting of two towers and a podium. Block A has hotels, service apartments, offices and retail businesses, with 43 floors above ground and a height of 200 meters. Block B has a service apartment and a retail business, with 26 floors above the ground and a height of109.8m. Block C of the podium has six floors (eight floors locally) with a height of 38.45m and three floors underground, including commercial, garage, hotel and equipment rooms. It is a large-scale urban complex integrating Jumeriah hotel, top commercial office building, luxury shopping center, serviced apartment and other functions. The construction period of the whole project is 1370 days.
