To this end, since the beginning of June, Guangming District has closely linked all units under the leadership and leadership of the Party, opening up new explorations. The first batch of participating units, such as Shenzhen Institute of Technology of China Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, Shenzhen Institute of Technology Innovation of China Institute of Metrology, Guangming Base of Shenzhen Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection, Shenzhen Guangming Branch of Bank of China, OCT Guangming Company, Guangming Tianan Yungu Company and Guangming High-level Talents Association, actively explored and insisted on "discussing things more, discussing things well and discussing things", which not only made possible contradictions "invisible", but also closely linked and connected with each other. During the one-month trial operation, the number of alliance "allies" has increased to 20.

In the process of exploration, more than 50 experts repeatedly communicated and negotiated, and offered suggestions actively, forming a "charter" of nearly 3,000 words in five chapters and 22 articles. The articles of association clearly define the goal and create a good platform for "regional party building, high-quality resources, harmonious governance and scientific talents". A clear and complete organizational structure, through the general assembly, Council and secretariat of the alliance, makes all units of the alliance scattered but not chaotic and harmonious. A clear and complete operation mechanism, seven mechanisms, such as learning, planning and deliberation, are interrelated and complement each other, closely uniting the members of the alliance.

On this basis, the alliance unit gathers the wisdom of all parties, takes * * * as the direction, forms eight conventions that * * * abides by and helps each other, adheres to the leadership of the party, respects the ethics of scientific research, adheres to the bottom line of academic ethics, advocates the orderly sharing of laboratories, and makes "party building", "science", "talent" and "governance" become the new theme songs of the alliance.

Announce the first series list of the alliance

At the inaugural meeting, the first resource list, the first post list and the service list of Guangming District Party-mass Service Alliance were released.

In terms of resource list, the first batch covers 60 services in six categories, including scientific research, talents, venues, training, policies and public welfare. For example, Shenzhen Bay Laboratory will strengthen cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions through high-level talent introduction activities, introduce high-level talents in biomedical, medical engineering, administrative management and other fields, and provide think tank support for alliance members in the biomedical field. Shenzhen Institute of Technological Innovation, Chinese Academy of Metrology, will strengthen the popularization of metrology in the member units of the alliance and the jurisdiction of the Science City, show the important role and achievements of metrology work, and promote the cultivation and improvement of public metrology awareness.

In terms of the list of positions, the Alliance built a 270-square-meter starting position on the second floor of the Exhibition Hall of Guangming Science City. The party building book bar is dazzling, the logo wall is bright and lively, the articles of association and conventions are clear at a glance, all kinds of lists are in good order, and the photo punching area is beautiful. At the same time, Guangming Tianan Yungu Company, District Health Bureau, Xinhu Street, Zhenmei Industrial Park and other member units provide jobs for the alliance to use for free. Among them, Bethune Party-mass Service Center is the first public hospital party-mass service center in Guangdong Province, with an area of nearly 800 square meters and eight convenient service stations, which is known as the "warm baby" around patients.

On the list of services, the Party Building Alliance of Guangming Science City will seamlessly link the Party-Mass Service Alliance of Guangming District. It is reported that the Guangming District Party-Mass Service Alliance, established in April 2020, has concentrated the high-quality resources of government agencies, enterprises and institutions in the region, and is composed of more than 80 party-mass service centers (sites) at all levels, as well as eight sub-alliances in government affairs, law, education, health, culture, sports, society, talents and public welfare, and has launched 100 items of high-quality services, of which 67 items are * * services.
