How many days should the elevator be cleaned, lubricated, adjusted and inspected?

Elevator should be cleaned, lubricated, adjusted and inspected at least once every 15 days.

Self-check:

It is an effective way for property management companies to strengthen elevator management to build safety rules and regulations, ensure the safe use of elevators from the system, and make at least/kloc-0 elevator self-inspection every week and form a written record.

Patrol inspection:

According to the actual management needs, formulate inspection tasks for various professionals. Patrol inspection is to specify the patrol nodes, design the patrol contents in the nodes, and plan the patrol line status of all kinds of patrol personnel. The property rubber formulates a patrol plan and executes it on time, and sends it to the ultimate office APP.

The inspectors arrive at the inspection site at the specified time according to the inspection plan through the Extreme Office APP, and scan the QR code of the inspection point through the Extreme Office APP to confirm the execution of the inspection task and record the actual situation of the inspection point.

Technical points of elevator maintenance;

1, safety circuit:

In order to ensure the safe operation of the elevator, many safety components are installed on the elevator. Only when each safety component is in a normal state can the elevator run, otherwise the elevator will stop running immediately. The so-called safety loop means that all the safety parts of the elevator are equipped with a safety switch, and all the safety switches are connected in series to control a safety relay.

Only when all the safety switches are turned on and the safety relays are engaged can the elevator be powered on.

2. Door lock circuit:

In order to ensure that the elevator can only run after the whole department is closed, each hall door and car door are equipped with door electric interlock switches. Only when all the electrical interlocking switches of the whole department are turned on can the door lock relay of the control panel be attracted and the elevator can run.

3. Safety touch panel (door photoelectric, door light curtain):

In order to prevent the elevator door from clamping passengers during the closing process, a safety touch panel (or photoelectric or light curtain) is generally installed on the elevator door. The safety touch panel is a mechanical anti-pinch device. When someone touches the safety touch panel when the elevator is closed, the safety touch panel retracts inward to drive the microswitch below, and the safety touch panel switch acts to control the door to rotate in the direction of opening the door.
