The national post certificate of property management practitioners is tested every few years.

Note that the real estate license is divided into enterprise managers, department managers and general personnel.

This certificate has been abolished due to the cancellation of the Ministry of Construction (changed to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development). All localities are still applying for certificates, which basically belongs to the policy of cheating money.

So the annual review is meaningless. If you have to go, the annual review will be held every two years.
