The power supply contract is valid for one year.

After the expiration of the contract, if the customer continues to use electricity, both parties have no objection and the contract will remain valid.

A class of power supply contracts shall be revised once a year in principle. Two or three power supply contracts are revised every two years in principle. In principle, the validity period of power supply contracts of Category IV and Category V is three years (except temporary power supply contracts and power supply contracts below 10 kW). After the expiration of the power supply contract, if both parties have no objection, the validity period can be clearly extended in writing.
