Project introduction

Beijing wanda plaza is located in the core area of Beijing CBD, 300 meters east of Guo Mao Bridge, adjacent to the International Trade Building, Motorola Building, Hewlett-Packard Building, Beijing-Guangzhou Center, CCTV and Beijing TV Station.

The South Zone covers an area of 200,000 square meters, and consists of a French platinum five-star Sofitel Hotel, two top international standard office buildings, and a large-scale urban comprehensive property that cooperates with the world's top 500 international business giants such as Wal-Mart, time warner Inc. and Daidai. The first phase of Beijing wanda plaza Project was completed in June 2005, and the second phase will be completed in early June 2006. The whole project embodies the design concept of urbanization, modernization, informationization and internationalization of Beijing Central Business District.
