Third, the main construction pay-off

According to the axis positioning pile and the external axis reference line, the construction setting-out is carried out. Pay-off method

There are many pay-off methods in the field operation of construction pay-off; Generally, there are two methods, namely, gantry positioning ruler setting-out and instrument setting-out. In the former, according to the control points known on the drawings or determined on site, the portal frame plate is erected by piling at a certain distance around the foundation of the building to be set out, and a line roughly at right angles to the construction line is drawn on the portal frame plate.

Tighten the line as much as possible, and then use Pythagorean theorem to combine larger steel rulers, generally 6,8, 10m, which is more accurate. First, measure the two control lines and put them away with a red pencil, then two people pull the ruler, and one person can swing with a steel ruler to stabilize any line, and then fix the construction line on the gantry.

Check it again with a steel ruler from the beginning. After confirmation, hang the line around and check it with a steel ruler. Measure the setting point with a steel ruler according to the axis size on the drawing and hang it vertically on the ground, so that the excavation line can be set with lime powder respectively, and the setting elevation can be measured on the gantry plate with a level.

If the latter can use theodolite or total station, it will be much simpler. As long as the control points are known on the drawings or determined on site, the specific position of the axis can be determined according to the distance and angle relationship on the drawings.
