According to the State Council's Opinions on Further Promoting Sound and Rapid Economic and Social Development in Guizhou (Guo Fa [2012] No.2), the State Council's Decision on the Sixth Batch of Cancellation and Adjustment of Administrative Examination and Approval Items (Guo Fa [2012] No.52) and Opinions of the General Office of Guizhou Provincial People's Government on Deepening the Reform of the Administrative Examination and Approval System. After examination, the provincial people's government decided to announce 357 administrative licensing items that the provincial authorities continued to implement.

All relevant units shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law, do a good job in publicizing administrative licensing matters, publicize the name, basis, conditions, procedures, time limit, annual examination, fees and all materials, demonstration texts of applications, complaint reporting channels and methods of administrative licensing matters in the workplace, and establish relevant supporting systems as required, and strictly enforce them according to law.

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The Decision of the Provincial People's Government on Administrative Licensing Matters shall continue to be implemented by the provincial organs (DecreeNo. 10) and shall be abolished at the same time.
