Notice on the prevention and control of epidemic situation in communities (villages)

At present, the city is about to usher in the peak of people returning to Beijing, and the epidemic prevention and control work is in a critical period. In order to effectively protect people's life safety and health, according to the relevant laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of this Municipality, we hereby further strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in communities (villages) as follows:

First, strict closed management of residential quarters (villages).

Further tighten the closed management of the community (village), set up checkpoints at the entrance and exit, and allow residents and vehicles to enter and leave. The entrant must wear a mask and have a temperature test. The local street (town) is responsible for the implementation of the closure measures for the open community without property and security. When the community (village) spreads the epidemic, the residential unit and the community (village) gate shall be closed for isolation as appropriate.

Two, strictly verify the registration area (Village) personnel and vehicles.

In principle, outsiders and vehicles are not allowed to enter the community (village). If it is really necessary to enter under special circumstances, the management personnel shall make a good registration. Express delivery, take-away and other personnel are sent to the designated area of the community (village), and customers can collect them themselves. The designated area should be set to avoid crowd gathering.

The third is to strictly register people entering Beijing.

On the day of arrival in Beijing, the personnel shall report their health status to the community (village) in time and cooperate with the completion of personal information registration. Those who conceal, delay reporting or lie about the situation or hinder the epidemic prevention and control staff from performing their duties shall be investigated for responsibility according to the law and regulations.

The fourth is the strict management service for key groups.

Within 0/4 days before arriving in Beijing/KLOC-,people who leave epidemic-prone areas or have had contact with people in epidemic-prone areas should receive medical observation or home observation according to regulations, report their health status voluntarily, and cooperate with relevant management services, and are not allowed to go out; If you have fever symptoms, you should see a doctor in time according to the regulations. All streets (towns) and communities (villages) should be strictly managed to provide basic living security.

Refusing to accept medical observation, home observation and other prevention and control measures, which constitutes a violation of public security management, shall be severely dealt with by the public security organs according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Five, strict centralized isolation.

In principle, the districts shall be responsible for centralized isolation and medical observation of the new close contacts confirmed by the epidemiological investigation of the health department of this Municipality. Close contacts shall actively cooperate with medical observation, and if they refuse to cooperate, the public security organ shall assist in taking compulsory measures according to law.

Sixth, strict management of public space.

Community (village) non-essential cultural and sports activity rooms, recreation rooms and other public places will be closed. Streets (townships), communities (villages), property enterprises and property units should do a good job in cleaning and disinfection, garbage sorting and environmental remediation in public places.

Organs, parks, buildings, enterprises and other institutions should strengthen body temperature monitoring, carefully screen fever personnel, and adhere to the "daily report" and "zero report" system. Stop the renovation projects in the community (village), and the construction units and hotels of water, electricity and heat projects should cooperate with the community (village) to prevent and control the epidemic.

Seven, strict management of rental housing. ? ?

Housing rental intermediary enterprises or owners should clarify the responsible persons and contacts for prevention and control, and provide dynamic information of rental houses and tenants to communities (villages) as required. Those who do not report the rental housing situation and do not cooperate with the government and community (village) staff to carry out their work shall be investigated for responsibility according to the law.

Eight, strengthen the basic living security. ? ?

Markets, vegetable shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Business hours should be arranged reasonably, personnel guidance should be done well, and risk management and control should be strengthened. Communities (villages) should pay more attention to the old, young and weak groups and do a good job in service guarantee.

Nine, strengthen the awareness of national protection. ? ?

Residents should strictly abide by the regulations on wearing masks in public places, reduce outdoor activities and do not participate in parties and group activities. Those who do not listen to dissuasion or cause conflicts will be dealt with severely by the public security organs according to law.

Ten, strengthen the demonstration.

Party member cadres, party representatives, deputies to the National People's Congress and CPPCC members should play a leading role, actively participate in the epidemic prevention and control work, and drive their families and neighbors to consciously abide by relevant regulations.
