Personal contribution:

1. Rural residents (including temporary population and non-agricultural population) receive 30 yuan per person per year, which is collected by the sub-district office.

2. Urban residents (residents who have stayed in the main city) receive 60 yuan from each household every year, which is collected by the residential property company.

Bathing, beauty salons, leisure and entertainment places are charged according to the business area, and are charged by the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau according to 0.8 yuan/m2/month.

Rural health expenditure reduction and exemption policy:

According to the relevant regulations jointly issued by Shandong Provincial Construction Committee, Shandong Provincial Price Bureau and Shandong Provincial Department of Finance, primary and secondary schools (including vocational secondary schools, excluding school-run factories), kindergartens, nurseries, nursing homes and social welfare homes are exempt from garbage disposal fees.

One is to collect garbage disposal fees from utilities such as water, electricity and gas, and collect domestic garbage disposal fees according to the water, electricity or gas consumption of residents;
