How is the property service in Zizhu Peninsula?

Compared with the whole Shanghai, the price of this property is more reasonable. As for the quality, the service of the property should be good because it is planned as a high-grade residential area. I just lived in Zizhu Peninsula not long ago, and I haven't officially dealt with the owner. But now, I am really satisfied with this place.
