Do people who don't live in a new house need to pay all the property fees?

Vacant houses do not need to pay the full property fee.

General property fees can be reduced to about 70%-90%, depending on the actual situation.

Relocated houses, with property management, shall pay property fees in accordance with the contract and relevant laws and regulations. The owner said that the property service fee should be paid in accordance with the agreement in the property service contract. If the owner and the property user agree that the property user shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement, and so on.
