Do I have to pay the property fee if the store is closed?

Legal analysis: whether vacant shops should pay property fees depends on whether they have signed a property service contract with the property company. If there is an agreement, it will be done according to the agreement. If no agreement is signed, the property fee will be paid under normal circumstances. According to the law, after the shop is handed over to the owner (in short, after the check-in procedure), the owner has to pay the property management fee (the developer usually gives the property company a vacancy fee before moving in).
