As a person in the garbage sorting industry, my job is to constantly promote garbage sorting to people around me. Teacher Hu Huizhe, Executive Secretary of the Green Foundation, brought us the course "Waste and Life". Just to respond to Nan Chaoxu's local care on the first day, to return to nature and to life itself. It is only this time that the distance of the long river of mankind has been lengthened and the eternal return of life to matter and energy has been deepened. And all the rich material life (beautiful clothes, delicious food, the most advanced electronic products ...) bring us deep happiness when we buy, and also produce "garbage" at that moment-because it will be abandoned one day.

? Wonderful is not only the content, but also the course mode, guiding thinking and group participation in interactive demonstrations. This is also a kind of "teaching".

6. Survey and * * * situation map

After deeply understanding the necessity and importance of garbage sorting, for the lecturer, the dry goods in the dry goods are coming! How to effectively carry out public education on garbage classification? How to better understand the needs of the public and design courses? How to effectively spread the concept and knowledge of garbage classification? How to teach the public to practice garbage sorting in daily life? Teacher Gong Yue (head of Beijing Friends of Nature public welfare product research and development team) and teacher Yun Teng (deputy director of public education of Mangrove Foundation) answered all the questions for us. I gave you a preliminary explanation of the research methods, interview design, curriculum design and the important role of * * * emotion map in curriculum design of environmental education.

What impressed me most about today's course is that the training lecturer can use her "quiet" power to make all the students "move": manually, mentally and verbally, and walk out of the classroom.

Third, what should we do?

What method can you make yourself stronger? Study, study, study! What's the fastest way to learn? Learn while doing, share while learning, and teach while learning.

Knowing-doing-experiencing-experiencing-getting-teaching is the real growth.

I remember reading a growth rule called 72 1 before: if you spend 1 hour learning a thing, you may need to spend 2 hours talking and discussing with others, and you may need to spend 7 hours practicing alone. Such a ratio is a process from knowledge to skill.

So, to put it another way, we spent two days studying, then four days talking with others and discussing this matter, and then we spent 14 hours practicing alone. For example, after class this week, we used the fragmented time to have an online discussion with the group members. For example, at the moment, I spent six tomato hours completing the research plan and this study note, and continued to practice making emotional maps. All efforts, I believe, will be slightly different. Let me grow.
