(three) connecting the water supply pipe network system of self-built facilities with the urban public water supply pipe network system without authorization;

(four) the unit that produces or uses toxic and harmful substances directly connects its production water pipe network system to the urban public water supply pipe network system;

(five) pumping water directly from the public water supply pipeline;

(six) unauthorized removal, modification or relocation of urban public water supply facilities.

If one of the acts listed in Items (1), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of the preceding paragraph is serious, the water supply may be stopped within a certain period of time with the approval of the people's government at or above the county level.
