Sanmao Sub-district Office is the seat of Yangzhong Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Sanmao Sub-district Office manages 16 village committees such as Volkswagen, Qidong, Yingfang, Puji, Sanqiao, Minghua, Guide, Friendship, Jincheng, Xinghua, Binjiang, Yonghe, Democracy, China, Xingyang and Qin Yong, as well as Yufeng, Tongxin, Jianshe, Guangning, Jiangzhou Road, Cultural New Village, Hero, Venus and so on. Xinglong Sub-district Office has jurisdiction over six village committees in Fuyuan, Xingcheng, Heng Yue, Xinxing, Deyun and Bimonthly, and two neighborhood committees in Xinglong and March.

This work is divided into three stages: preparation stage, organization and implementation stage, and improvement and summary stage. The first stage of work has all ended, and the main task of the second stage is to set up Sanmao and Xinglong sub-district offices, and do a good job in institutional setup, staffing, social stability and other related work to achieve a smooth transition.

The fundamental purpose of canceling Sanmao Town and setting up Sanmao and Xinglong sub-district offices is to straighten out the urban management system, strengthen social management functions and improve the level of community services. In this sense, setting up streets is only the first step, and it is more important to speed up the construction of institutional mechanisms that conform to street functions and are conducive to street development. To this end, according to the plan, Sanmao Street has set up "six offices and one place", namely, the comprehensive office of the party and government, the urban management office, the economic development office, the social undertakings office, the rural work office, the social management office and the finance office; It consists of seven institutions: agricultural service center, accounting service center, economic service center, human resources and social security service center, village community service center, cultural and sports service center and family planning service center. Compared with the internal organization of the former Sanmao Sub-district Office, the biggest change is that Sanmao Sub-district has newly set up an urban management office and a village community service center to better strengthen the functions of urban management, property management and community service. Xinglong Street not only changed the planning office to the construction management office, but also added a social management office, retaining the original "one office, one bureau, five offices and one company" in the development zone.
