4. All materials and equipment purchased by Party A shall be borne by Party A; Party B shall be responsible for the quality of the project.
5. If Party A hires a project supervisor, it shall notify Party B before the project starts, so as to facilitate the work connection.
Article 4: Supply of Materials
1. Party B shall clearly price the materials used in this contract in strict accordance with the relevant national price regulations. The materials provided by Party A shall be used in the decoration project specified in this contract, and shall not be used for other purposes without Party A's consent ... If Party B uses them for other purposes, Party B shall compensate Party A at double the price of the misappropriated materials.

3. The materials and equipment that Party A is responsible for purchasing and supplying shall be qualified products that meet the design requirements, and shall be supplied to the site on time. Article 5: Method of Payment

Article 6: Construction Period
1. If the completion is delayed due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall pay Party A 1% of the working expenses as liquidated damages every day until the working expenses are deducted. If the construction period is delayed due to Party A's reasons, Party B shall be paid 1% of the labor cost in the decoration project price for each day of delay? Yuan.
2. If the unqualified materials and equipment selected by Party A affect the project quality and time limit for a project, Party A shall bear the cost of rework, and Party B shall bear the cost of rework for quality accidents caused by Party B's construction, and the time limit for a project remains unchanged.

Article 7: Project Acceptance
1. Project quality acceptance, except for concealed works, which need to be accepted by sections. After all projects are completed, Party B shall organize Party A to carry out the completion acceptance. Both parties shall handle the project settlement and handover procedures.
2. After Party B notifies Party A to carry out process acceptance and completion acceptance, Party A shall come for acceptance within three days. Failing to do so within the time limit, Party A shall be deemed to have voluntarily waived its rights and passed the acceptance. If there is any problem, Party A shall be responsible for it. Article 8: Other matters

2. Party B's responsibilities

2) Assign a staff member as the on-site representative of Party B to be responsible for the performance of the contract, organize the construction according to the requirements of the contract, and complete the construction task on time with good quality and quantity.
3) Be responsible for the safety, fire prevention and civilized construction of the construction site, so as to prevent accidents such as pipeline blockage, water leakage, power failure and damage to articles caused by construction from affecting others. Article 9: Liability for breach of contract
After the contract comes into effect, during the performance of the contract, the party that terminates the contract without authorization shall pay the other party 5% of the total contract amount as liquidated damages. If the actual loss caused to the other party by the unauthorized termination of the contract exceeds the liquidated damages, it shall be compensated.
Article 10: dispute settlement
In case of any dispute during the performance of this contract, both parties shall settle it through consultation without affecting the project progress. If the parties are unwilling to settle the dispute through consultation, or if consultation fails, they may bring a lawsuit to the people's court in accordance with the contract.
Article 11: Modification and Termination of the Contract

Article 3 Rights and obligations of Party A
1 Provide water and electricity supply during construction before construction, and explain the matters needing attention in use;
2. Participate in the supervision of project quality and construction progress, and participate in the acceptance of materials entering the site and project completion;
3. The construction deposit and various property management fees collected by the property management department where the project is located shall be paid by Party A (except for the pass), and Party B shall assist in providing relevant materials required for property management;
4. The waste generated by house decoration shall not be dumped. Party A shall pile up in the place, manner and time designated by the property management unit, the residents' committee where the house is located or the housing management department of the unit, and remove it according to relevant regulations;
5. If Party B is responsible for pipeline blockage, water leakage, power failure and damage to articles caused by the renovation of family rooms, Party A shall ask Party B to be responsible for maintenance and compensation.
Article 4 Rights and Obligations of Party B
1 During the construction process, the national Code for Construction of Residential Decoration Engineering shall be strictly implemented to ensure the project quality and complete the project on schedule.
Units and individuals undertaking family room decoration projects shall take necessary safety protection and fire control measures to ensure the safety of workers and neighboring residents;
3. Protect the furniture and furnishings of the original bedroom and ensure the smooth flow of the upper and lower pipes in the bedroom;
All kinds of wastes formed in the decoration of family rooms should be piled up and removed according to the location, method and time stipulated by the relevant departments. It is strictly forbidden to throw away the waste and other items produced by the decoration of the living room from upstairs to the ground or from garbage passages and sewers;
Party B's designer is responsible for providing consulting, design, quotation and other related services to Party A. After the signing of this contract, the representative of Party B who implements the construction of this project shall contact Party A on the relevant matters of this project to ensure this project.
6 If Party B purchases or recommends to Party A the use of decoration materials that do not meet the national standards, causing excessive air pollution and losses, it shall be liable for compensation according to law;
7 The decorative materials used by Party B shall not be shoddy or fraudulent.
8 Party B's construction shall meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and Party B shall not cut corners or cut corners;
9 Party B shall not carry out barbaric construction, endangering the safety of the building itself;
Article 5 Provision of materials
1 The specifications and quality of materials and equipment provided by Party A shall meet the design requirements (see Annex 4: List of Decoration Materials Provided by Party A). Party A shall deliver the materials and equipment to the construction site on time and notify Party B, and both parties shall accept and handle the handover procedures; If Party A fails to provide materials on time or the specifications and quality of materials do not meet the design requirements, thus delaying the construction period or affecting the project quality, Party A shall bear the responsibilities;
2 For the materials and equipment provided by Party B (see Annex 5: List of Decoration Materials provided by Party B), Party B shall inform Party A in advance of the time when the materials and equipment will arrive at the construction site, and both parties shall jointly accept them; If the brand, specification and quality of the materials provided by Party B are inconsistent with the quotation, Party A has the right to refuse to use them, thus delaying the construction period or affecting the project quality, and Party B shall bear the responsibilities;
3 Party A shall determine the brand, specification, model or price standard of the materials, and Party B shall be responsible for purchasing them for Party A (see Annex 4: List of Decoration Materials Provided by Party A). Party B should pay attention to the procurement), and the materials can only be used after they arrive at the construction site and are accepted by Party A. Article 6 Time limit for a project is delayed
1 If the construction period is affected by Party A's failure to complete the work it should be responsible for as agreed, the construction period will be postponed; If the unqualified materials and equipment provided by Party A affect the project quality, the cost of rework shall be borne by Party A, and the construction period shall be postponed;
2 If Party A fails to pay the project payment on schedule, the contract period will be postponed accordingly;
3 If Party B fails to complete the project on schedule due to material supply or construction reasons, the construction period will not be postponed; If there is any problem in the quality of the project due to Party B, the cost of rework shall be borne by Party B, and the construction period shall not be postponed.
Article 7 Quality standards
(1) Party B must carry out the construction according to the design documents and the current national technical standards and specifications.
(2) All projects contracted by Party B must meet the current national engineering quality acceptance standards.
(3) If the project quality is unqualified due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall rework it free of charge within the time specified by Party A to reach the acceptance standard of the project quality. If the rework still fails to meet the requirements, Party B shall be liable for breach of contract. If the project quality fails to meet the standard due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall bear the responsibility for rework and economic expenses.
Article 8 Project Acceptance and Warranty
1 Both parties agree to check and accept the project quality in the following three stages during the construction process:
(1) Acceptance of concealed works such as hydropower pipeline, waterproof layer and suspended ceiling base;
(2) Acceptance of paint and surface coating before construction;
(3) Completion acceptance. Party B shall notify Party A two days in advance to carry out the acceptance of each stage. After the acceptance of each stage is qualified. If Party A fails to attend the acceptance on time after receiving the notice, Party B has the right to stop work and wait, and all delays and other losses caused to Party B shall be borne by Party A;

(2) Under normal use conditions, the minimum warranty period for interior decoration of residential buildings is two years, and the leakage prevention of kitchens, bathrooms and external walls with waterproof requirements is five years. The warranty period is calculated from the date when the residential interior decoration project is completed and accepted.
Article 9 Method of payment for project funds

Article 10 Liability for breach of contract
