If more than 3 people are diagnosed with the epidemic, they will be banned from entering the market within a certain period of time according to law. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Housing and construction departments should further strengthen the supervision and inspection of the epidemic prevention and control work of employees in the housing and construction fields in the city, and strictly manage credit. Units that fail to perform the duties of epidemic prevention and control supervision according to regulations, conceal, falsely report or delay reporting the epidemic situation, or fail to take timely control measures after discovering the epidemic situation, shall be ordered to make corrections, informed criticism; Causing the spread of the epidemic or other serious consequences, the responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be given administrative sanctions according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. All housing and construction industry associations in the city should take the initiative to assume the responsibility of prevention and control, strengthen communication and coordination, and cooperate with the competent authorities to do a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the industry.
