Geothermal leakage belongs to property.

Property refers to all kinds of houses and their supporting equipment, facilities and venues that have been built and put into use.

Property can be divided into the following five categories:

1. Residential property refers to buildings with residential functions for people to live in, including residential quarters, single residential buildings, apartments, villas, resorts, etc.

2. Commercial properties refer to those properties that can obtain sustained growth returns or sustained appreciation through operation, which can be roughly divided into commercial service properties and office properties. ;

3. Industrial property rights refer to houses that provide space for human production activities, including light and heavy industrial workshops, high-tech industrial houses developed in recent years, and related R&D houses and warehouses;

In addition to the services contained in residential property, government property also involves a variety of comprehensive services such as catering, conference, guest room and entertainment.

5. Other properties, including racetracks, golf courses, gas stations, airports, stations, docks, highways, bridges, tunnels and other properties.

Article 34 of the Regulations on Property Management shall conclude a written property service contract with the property service enterprise selected by the owners' congress.

Property service contracts shall stipulate property management matters, service quality, service fees, rights and obligations of both parties, management and use of special maintenance funds, property management premises, contract term, liability for breach of contract, etc.

Article 35 A realty service enterprise shall provide corresponding services in accordance with the stipulations of the realty service contract.

The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.

Thirty-sixth property services companies to undertake the property, it should cooperate with the owners' committee for property acceptance procedures.

The owners' committee shall hand over the information specified in the first paragraph of Article 29 of these regulations to the realty service enterprise.
