In recent days, the consistency between accounts and facts has basically reached 100%, achieving no warehouse loss! Work closely with company colleagues to make the inventory structure reasonable. Pay close attention to the flow of all kinds of goods and make monthly reports carefully. Send monthly inventory report to finance department on time every month. Combined with his own position, he has made a "subsidiary ledger of purchasing, selling and storing", a fixed assets table, a material table and a material purchase summary table. Join hands with finance! Classified management of inventory items, focusing on major items such as engineering, office, cleaning, fixed assets, etc., reducing the re-purchase of inventory items when making procurement summary tables, striving to reduce their inventory and simply controlling small items. The implementation of the reform plan has realized the combination of emphasis and generality, reduced inventory and accelerated inventory turnover.
