Pan Shiyi's Development Project

SOHO China Co., Ltd., founded by Pan Shiyi and his wife Zhang Xin on 1995 * *, became the largest real estate developer in Beijing and the largest Grade A office developer in China, and successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 8, 2007, with an initial financing of1900 million US dollars, creating the largest commercial real estate enterprise IPO in Asia. Since the establishment of the company, they have jointly developed and acquired a series of commercial real estate projects mainly located in prime locations in Beijing and Shanghai.

They are: SOHO Modern City, Boao Blue Coast (located in Boao, Hainan, which is the only undeveloped SOHO project in Beijing and Shanghai), Jianwai SOHO, the commune at the foot of the Great Wall, Chaowai SOHO, Guanghua Road SOHO, Sanlitun SOHO, Qianmen Street, SOHO Shangdu, Beijing Mansion, Jiasheng Center, Zhongguancun SOHO, SOHO Donghai Plaza, Shanling SOHO, Kong Ling SOHO, SOHO Zhongshan Plaza and Yinfeng SOHO (formerly Wangjing).
