How to calculate the property fee?

Public electricity meters shall be installed in each unit building, and the sharing method shall be equally shared by households.

Monthly calculation formula:

Share of each household = electricity fee measured by this unit/number of households occupied by this unit+(number of vacant households in this unit ×70%)

2. Street lighting

A summary table of public lighting is set up in the community, which is shared equally by all owners of the community.

Monthly calculation formula:

Apportioned amount of each household who has checked in = community public * * * landscape lighting electricity fee/number of households who have checked in+(number of vacant households in the community ×70%)

3. Weak current system

The fire monitoring center shall set up a summary table of weak current systems, which shall be shared equally by all owners of the community.

Monthly calculation formula:

Apportioned amount of each household who has checked in = electricity fee measured by the control center/number of households who have checked in the community+(number of vacant households in the community ×70%)

Monthly calculation formula:

Amount shared by each household = electricity fee of power system/number of residential households+(number of vacant residential households ×70%)

4. The secondary water supply booster pump is energized.

Part of secondary water supply in residential area is divided into central area and high area. Meters are installed in the central area and the high area respectively, and the electricity fee is shared according to the actual water consumption. 1-6 municipal direct water supply does not participate in sharing.

Monthly calculation formula:

Share of each household in the middle and high-tech zone = electricity metering fee in this zone/total water consumption in this zone+(total water consumption of vacant households in this zone ×70%)× water consumption per household.

5. Public water

There are three water meters to measure the public water consumption of the community, and the public water consumption of the community is shared equally by all households according to the total amount measured by the three water meters.

Normal share of each household = community public water and water fee * * */community number+(vacant community number ×70%)
