Allocation of supermarket property management personnel

Personnel requirements are as follows (organizational structure):

Property Manager (Director)

A Deputy Director (Assistant Director)

Security captain

Customer service supervisor

An engineering supervisor

Cleaning supervisor

Comprehensive manager

At least one operation administrator.

Two store managers

A customer service (front desk)

Two customer service personnel (clerks)

A cashier (toll collector)

Each class has a monitor (morning class and middle class)

A cleaning monitor (optional)

One or two plumbers

There are usually two to five shopping malls in plain clothes (depending on the size of the shopping mall).

There are at least 16 to 30 security guards in two shifts (the size of a shopping mall).

At least four to eight cleaners.
